Good morning Oliver,
I created a page and set up the WM POST plug-in to have the posts shown in it.
Everything works fine, I can set the number of articles, columns and order. The article can be seen correctly with the introductory part and with the “continue reading” button.
If I see the posts by clicking on the link to the category, I can not customize the view.
I see the posts present but I can not customize the number of columns and above all does not show me only the part before read more. I see all the extended article.
I also need to know how to translate the text that is now in English as “continue reading”, “Previous”, “next”.

What you are describing is a WordPress. Please note that these pages are not editable in WordPress and you can only modify them with code.
Here is an example of how the theme displays posts in category archive: https://themedemos.webmandesign.eu/polyclinic/category/news/
Alternatively, you can try using Icelander, Reykjavik and Monument Valley themes that are compatible with out of the box.plugin that will allow you to modify even WordPress s without coding, but unfortunately, Polyclinic theme is not compatible with it. I provide

Maybe you are using some plugin that forces the full article display ins? Please check your plugins and their settings.
You can also debug the issue using Health Check plugin’s .
