    Hi Oliver,

Your Reykjavik theme is super-impressive. Well done. I’m most excited about the accessibility as I am access for all advocate too. I worked in Paralympic sports for many years so I know first-hand the positive impact this type of work does.

I am considering using Reykjavik for a project in the Australian sports sector. The key features would be…

    – A Magazine-style homepage and news index page layout (a rudimentary example https://modernpentathlon.org.au/news) but I prefer something like https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
    – Publish sports data probably using TablePress https://modernpentathlon.org.au/project/chloe-esposito-2016-rio-olympic-champion
    – Event Calendar Pro by Modern Tribe Example https://modernpentathlon.org.au/events-all

I went someway towards my ideal solution using Divi for this https://modernpentathlon.org.au project but the accessibility of your theme is very attractive.

Are you available to discuss what’s possible / the best way to approach this with your theme. I am happy to pay you for your consultation.

    Regards,

    Pat

    Hi Pat,

Thank you for your interest in Reykjavik theme! First, please understand that I am fully occupied with my own projects and so I do not provide freelance work.

But as you are comparing the theme to Divi, I can say there is nothing Reykjavik can’t do in comparison to Divi theme. Everything you can do with Divi you should be able to do with Reykjavik without any issue.

    Magazine-style homepage

Reykjavik does not contain such homepage out of the box. But as far as I know, neither Divi does. So, in both case you would need to use a page builder to build such homepage.

TablePress and Event Calendar Pro plugins

You can use whatever plugin you like with Reykjavik theme. It does not restrict you in any way :)

Also, for what’s possible with Reykjavik theme, please check the theme description page, theme demo website and theme documentation.

In case you decide to use Reykjavik theme and come across an issue or question, please don’t hesitate to ask here at support forum. I am always willing to help to my best ability.

    Best regards,

Thanks Oliver. Really appreciate the speedy reply. I’ll build a test site and see how I go.

    Thanks for your time.
