I purchased the Monument Valley template yesterday (Sept. 17, 2018) but I can’t use it because I only know HTML and CSS and was unaware that the site is all in php.

I would like a credit to my account. I will not be able to use the template/pages.

    Hi kcandy,

Please understand that I sell WordPress themes, not HTML+CSS templates. This is clearly stated on ThemeForest page too:

To use the theme you need to install WordPress first.

If you want to proceed with refund, please read our refund policy first, and also ThemeForest refund policy (please note that mistaken purchase is not eligible for refund, but you can still apply for refund with no guarantee). You need to apply for refund at ThemeForest, where you’ve purchased the theme.

    Best regards,
